Meet The Artist

I'm Jayne, a pet portrait and wildlife artist from Aberdeenshire, UK.

I have always had a passion for animals, and I was forever drawing horses as a little girl.

​

I left art behind for many years, and went on to study HNC Animal Care. One day I was inspired to start creating again and experimented with different mediums, until I discovered coloured pencils and was immediately hooked.

​

I spent years learning my medium, building my skills and techniques. I now bring my love for drawing and animals together by creating wildlife artwork and pet portraits.

When I'm not drawing, I enjoy spending time with my horse, Roxy, who I've owned for over 15 years.

I enjoy family days with my partner, our young son and golden retriever dog, Izzy. We love being outside, going camping, spending the day at our local beach, or going for walks exploring the woods, coastal paths and the beautiful countryside.
